How the MRE-60 improves the process in practice

1) No-contact reprocessing (more hygiene and safety)

In the traditional process, packages are opened manually, sieved, and reintroduced into production—typically creating mess, increasing contamination risk, and exposing both operator and product to the environment.
With the MRE-60, the sealed package is inserted directly into the machine, drastically reducing human contact with the product and improving operational hygiene.

2) Packaging separation and reuse of ground coffee
